Registration

Paper submission and registration are obtained using the Conference Management System 2 application available here. Each attendee (author or participant only) uses the same system.
After successful registration to the system you will obtain your Person ID# via email.

The first submissions are to be sent by December 5th, 2017 using CMS2 conference system.
Abstracts or papers sent by e-mail as attachments, by fax or surface mail are generally not accepted!
Electronic versions of the final paper should be submitted BOTH in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) and in Microsoft Word (DOC/DOCX) or Latex format (including figures) by January 26th, 2018 .

The International Program Committee cannot acknowledge the receipt of final papers without the receipt of the registration information and the appropriate registration fee paid by February 7th, 2018.

Registration fee for Authors and Participants covers:

PLEASE REMEMBER: Authors of accepted papers need to register and pay the registration fee in order to have their papers published in the Proceedings. At least one author of an accepted paper must register at the author rate even if he/she is a student. For authors presenting multiple papers, one registration is valid for one person; however, it can cover up to two (2) papers on which the person who is registered is an author or co-author.

The deadline for author’s registration is December 5th, 2017.

Student registration

For university students, a reduced registration fee is applicable (250 EUR, VAT included, paid by March 30th, 2018).
To be considered as a student , we need an ORIGINAL stamped documentation from your University certifying that you are a registered student (Bachelor, Master or PhD level).

Registration Receipt
The receipt will be issued at the Registration Desk at the Symposium.

 

Cancellation and refund policy
In case of cancellation, please notify the Registration Secretariat in writing (address: helpdesk@smagrimet.org).
An administrative charge of 50 EUR will apply to cancellations made PRIOR to April 10th, 2018. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after this date.
