It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the First International Colloquium on Smart Grid Metrology which is organized by University of\u00a0 Zagreb, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fer.unizg.hr\/\">FER<\/a>, and University of Split, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fesb.unist.hr\/\">FESB<\/a>.
