Fee deadlines<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Early bird deadline – February 28th, 2019.
\nLate bird\u00a0deadline – April 4th, 2019.
\nOn site deadline – April 5th – 12th, 2019.<\/p>\n

Paper submission and registration are obtained using the Conference Management System 2 application<\/a> available here<\/a>. Each attendee (author, co-author, participant or accompanying person) must be registered using CMS2 to receive his personal account.
\nAfter successful registration to the system you will obtain your Person ID# via email.
\n
\nThe first submissions are to be sent using CMS2 conference system.
\nAbstracts or papers sent by e-mail as attachments, by fax or surface mail are generally not accepted!
\n
\nPlease follow instructions found on Paper submission page<\/a>.
\n
\nThe International Program Committee cannot acknowledge the receipt of final papers without the receipt of the registration information and the appropriate registration fee paid by February 28th, 2019 (early-bird deadline).
