Paper submission and registration are obtained using the Conference Management System 2 application<\/a> available here<\/a>. Each attendee (author or participant only) uses the same system.
\nAfter successful registration to the system you will obtain your Person ID# via email.
\n
\nThe first full paper submissions are to be sent by the announced deadline using CMS2 conference system.
\n
\nPapers sent by e-mail as attachments, by fax or surface mail are discarded!
\n
\nElectronic versions of the final camera-ready paper should be submitted BOTH in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) and in Microsoft Word (DOC\/DOCX) or Latex format (including figures) by July 26th, 2020.
\n
\nThe International Program Committee cannot acknowledge the receipt of final papers without the receipt of the registration information and the appropriate registration fee.
\n

IEEE Members are required to enter their member number, membership level and year of becoming an IEEE member.<\/p>\n

HRO-CIGRE member are required to enter CIGRE Member ID in the registration form.
