The template and guidelines for submitting your paper can be found below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Manuscript templates are provided on the following links:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/smagrimet.org\/2020\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2019\/08\/Smagrimet-2020-conference-template-A4.docx\">MS Word DOCX template can be downloaded here<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/content\/dam\/ieee-org\/ieee\/web\/org\/conferences\/Conference-LaTeX-template_7-9-18.zip\">LateX template can be found on IEEE publishing site<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All papers will be peer-reviewed by at least two reviewers who will make \u2018Accept\u2019, \u2018Reject\u2019 or \u2018Modify\u2019 decision on the submitted manuscript. The final decision on the suitability of a manuscript will remain with the International Scientific Programme Committee (IPC).<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>Submission of Final (&#8220;camera-ready&#8221;) Paper (after the positive review)<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The final accepted paper needs to be submitted both as<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adobe PDF file (prepared using IEEE PDF eXpress) and<\/li>\n<li>MS WORD (DOC, DOCX, RTF) or Latex file<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>and must follow exactly the format outlined in the template file below (page size A4).<\/p>\n<p>1) Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.<\/p>\n<p>2) Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pdf-express.org\/\">http:\/\/www.pdf-express.org\/<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>First-time users<\/strong><\/em> should do the following:<br \/>\n1. Select the New Users.<br \/>\n2. Enter the following:<br \/>\na) <em>Conference ID<\/em> <strong>48809XP<\/strong><br \/>\nb) your IEEE PDF eXpress future credentials (<em>email<\/em> <em>address<\/em> and a chosen <em>password<\/em>)<br \/>\n2. Continue to enter information as prompted.<br \/>\n3. An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Previous users<\/strong><\/em> of PDF eXpress or IEEE PDF eXpress Plus need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences.
