Full Delegate (Author or Participant) Registration / Student Registration includes:
- Opening ceremony
- Access to the industry exhibition and poster area
- Full access to all the regular and special sessions
- Papers on USB with Colloquium Bag
- Welcome cocktail reception
- Gala Dinner
- Coffee breaks and refreshments
- Technical visit – TBA
*Companion: Accompanying person must register and pay the reduced registration fee to be able to fully enjoy the provided colloquium program. The fee includes attendance at daily lectures and social events, including the opening ceremony, welcome drinks, Gala Dinner, and technical visit.
**One-Day Conference: The fee includes attendance at all the events of the day, i.e. lectures, social events, and organized technical visits.
***Full delegate registration fee includes two lunches during the conference (otherwise lunch is not included).

A few important details:
- based on the received inquiry, Concorda agency will issue you an offer and an invoice, which you will use to make the payment;
- when making the payment, it will be necessary to include a payment description: SMAGRIMET + Paper ID# + Invoice number (this will be indicated on the offer and the invoice);
- payment options will include bank transfer and card payment.
